This is hand carved wooden small figurine of the Slavic goddess - Nedolya.
It is made of linden wood and coated with linseed oil.
The figurine is approximately 15 centimeters (6 Inches) tall.
DOLYA and NEDOLYA are two sisters - two heavenly spinners, assistants to the goddess of fate, who spin the thread of every person's life.
Dolya, a smiling beauty, spins an even golden thread, weaving happiness and good luck into it.
While the gloomy Nedolya spins a spinous, uneven thread, full of trials and difficulties.
Despite the fact that Dolya and Nedolya are complete opposites of each other, they are inextricably linked.
