This is hand carved wooden Slavic Pantheon.
Perun, Rod, Svarog, Makosh and Veles.
All figurines are approximately 16-17 centimeters (6.2-6.7 inches) tall.
They are made of linden tree and are covered with linseed oil and wax.

About Gods:
God ROD is the main deity in the Slavic pantheon. The creator of everything, the primary spirit. Rod is also called the Supreme God.
God VELES is especially revered by the Slavs. Son of Roda and brother Svarog, he, according to beliefs, set in motion the created world. This Slavic talisman brings luck, gives strength and power, gives a man the gift of eloquence. It helps those who want to achieve success and public recognition.

SVAROG is the god of heaven, the lord and father of the other Slavic gods. Svarog is the creator of heaven and earth and Father of all the Slavic race. Svarog is the god-blacksmith, creator of the manifested world, the visible universe. Svarog sends to the earth the sun's rays, making it fertile, nourishes and warms the flora and fauna.
MAKOSH is a great Slavic goddess. She has a secret knowlege about all the fates of people living on this earth. Makosh spins the thread of fate of every person into a ball. The thread depends on our actions, good deeds and bad deeds in our ball of fate. Makosh is also the patroness of marriage and family happiness. She protects women in their housework.
