Hand-carved wooden statue of Arianrhod, one of the most enigmatic female figures of Welsh Celtic mythology. Her name is commonly interpreted as “Silver Wheel”, and she is traditionally associated with the celestial realm, the stars and the mysterious cycles of destiny.

Arianrhod plays an important role in the Fourth Branch of the Mabinogi, where she is the daughter of Dôn and the mother of the legendary figures Dylan ail Don and Lleu Llaw Gyffes. Her magical castle, Caer Arianrhod, is traditionally associated with the constellation Corona Borealis.
